The Windham Police is issuing a Silver Alert for 90-year-old Joan Munroe of Windham. Joan was last seen Thursday, June 20, 2024, at approximately 5:00 pm at her home on Brand Road in Windham. Joan who suffers from cognitive issues contacted a relative to say she was going to Connecticut but did not give any further explanation and did not pack any clothes. Joan is a white female, 5’00”, 170 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She is driving a red 2014 Ford Escape with Maine Registration 69230. Joan does not own a cell phone and it is unknown what she was last wearing. If located, please call the Windham Police Department at 207-893-2810 OPT 2.
