Patchy fog will persist through the early morning hours Tuesday. Areas of fog will be most dense Downeast and along the coast. Fog will redevelop late tonight. ------------------------- Scattered strong to severe thunderstorms will be possible Wednesday afternoon and evening. Some storms may contain gusty winds and heavy rain.
